With over two decades in the food and beverage industry—including leadership roles in high-end restaurants, resorts, and clubs—I’ve always had a deep respect for the integrity behind a well-made spirit. I launched PNW Spirits to champion independently owned spirit brands that do things the right way: additive-free beverages, sustainably made spirits, and never mass manufactured.
From working behind the bar to managing beverage programs at top properties like Shore Lodge and Whitetail Club, I’ve seen first hand the difference great spirits make—not just in cocktails, but in guest experience and brand loyalty.
PNW Spirits was born out of that belief: that the best spirits deserve the best representation, and that relationships matter more than transactions.
